This guesthouse is within walking distance of Ft. Lauderdale’s infamous strip bar, the Boardwalk, as well as the Corner Bar and the Gay Community Center.

A 50% deposit is due through MC, VISA or Discover at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due through credit card or cash at check-in.
Groups:
This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, QUIET, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including children. With respect for our neighbors, Ft. Lauderdale Vacation House is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults & families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the owners. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups, or bachelor parties.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within 60 days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures & no-shows.
Pet Policy:
There is a $95 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current pet licence & vaccinations is required prior to arrival. |
